  青岛雷竞技推荐群恒晟新材料有限公司成立于2019年2月,位于山东省青岛市城阳区,是吉林雷竞技推荐群集团旗下一家致力于军工产品研发和生产的制造企业。公司主要产品有玄武岩纤维棉毡、玄武岩纤维导弹包装箱等。

  玄武岩纤维棉毡为青岛雷竞技推荐群恒晟新材料有限公司热防护技术中心研发团队历时数年,开发出国内首创的改良湿法制毡工艺,生产的玄武岩棉毡热防护材料室温及高温导热系数小、热稳定性优异,能满足多领域高温环境下隔热防护要求。产品长期提供国防科工、航空航天等大型国防科工院所使用。本产品具有5项自主专利产权,且生产工艺填补国内技术空白。

  玄武岩纤维导弹包装箱是青岛雷竞技推荐群恒晟新材料有限公司应西安空军某军代室要求,自行设计的以玄武岩纤维复合材料为主材的新型包装箱。该新型包装箱相比较传统玻璃纤维包装箱具有:结构重量轻、拉伸弯曲强度高、密封效果好、回收效果佳,且节能环保等优势。

  该产品采用复合材料制作,双体武器包装箱。主要用于各型导弹的储运。此产品组装线将于玄武岩棉毡生产线同时间安装完毕,产品试用型号已通过空军西安某军代局测试,下半年开始供货。

It is a manufacturing enterprise of Jilin Huayang Group devoted to R&D and production of military products. The company's main products are basalt fiber felt, basalt fiber missile packaging boxes and so on.

  Basalt wool felt is the research and development team of thermal protection technology center of Qingdao Huayang Hengsheng New Materials Co., Ltd. for several years. It has developed the first improved wet felt process in China. The basalt wool felt thermal protection material produced has low room temperature and high temperature thermal conductivity, excellent thermal stability, and can meet the requirements of thermal insulation and protection in multi-field high temperature environment. The products have long been used by large national defense Institutes of science and technology, such as national defense, aerospace and so on. This product has 5 independent patent rights, and the production process fills the domestic technical gap.

  Basalt fiber missile packaging box is a new type of packaging box made of basalt fiber composite material designed by Qingdao Huayang Hengsheng New Materials Co., Ltd. in response to the requirements of a military substation of Xi'an Air Force. Compared with the traditional glass fibre packing box, the new packing box has the advantages of light weight, high tensile and bending strength, good sealing effect, good recycling effect, energy saving and environmental protection.
